Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Most US orders arrive within 10-14 days.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery at any time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at support@pawflow.com and we will investigate immediately.

If a package is confirmed lost we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please email us a photo at support@pawflow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.
