If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
How to request a refund: Email us at support@pawflow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed. Just send us a photo.
Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
